THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
I ordered the Vibely mascara from this website and within 24 hrs requested to cancel my order. They told me it was too late to cancel and then shipped it a few days later.
I said, "Okay, I will just return it once I receive it."
Well, I received the item, and tried getting my item returned by reaching out to them over and over and over again. They would not reply back, and when they did, it was with the same automated message asking me to tell them what the issue was. I explained the issue over and over again to them with the same automated replies from them telling me to explain what the issue was.
Finally I sort of got through to them after having to escalate to more abrasive language, and they said they would issue me a partial refund. I waited over 3 weeks and the refund never came through.
So I reached out to them again. NO RESPONSE. Finally I threatened them that I would be opening up a case with my bank, and what do you know, but THAT VERY DAY I got issued my partial refund.
What sucks is, I should have received a full refund, not just a partial refund, because their website specifically states:
"BUY NOW WITH NO RISK
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority - and we mean it. Not satisfied with your order?
No worries! Let us know within 30 days and we will give you a STRESS-FREE refund."
This was definitely not a "STRESS-FREE" refund. It wasn't even a refund. I have been going back and forth with them for literally 3 months over this.
I doubt they expected me to be so annoyingly persistent, and even then I only got a 50% refund--after threatening them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE A SCAM!
To top it all off, the product SUCKS. Also, you can find it for a cheaper price elsewhere.

Still no response from site, no resolution
I have since contacted Mave Beauty multiple times via their email and website chat and have received NO RESPONSES. I should have paid closer attention to the 60 five star reviews; anyone with basic marketing skills trying to run a scam should know enough to add a few four and three star reviews to make the fraud look a bit more realistic.
I contacted my bank to stop/ reverse the charge and I believe the Better Business Bureau and Inspector Generals office should be alerted to fraudulent online commerce practices.
THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY.

False advertisement
I wish I wouldve done a little bit of research before ordering this product this is the worst product I have ever tried in my entire life usually if I dont like a cream or a beauty product Ill gift them to someone you cannot do this with this product on the video this girl is covering tattoos which I dont need to cover my tattoos I would just like to cover the flaws on my face but it doesnt cover any flaws on my face let alone a tattoo this is false advertisement save your money Im a single mom I dont spend money on myself every once in a blue moon I do I decided to do it with this beauty product and it was a big mistake I hope this saves at least person from spending their money hereon top of that I tried to send my stuff back and get a refund and it says that they dont except the creams to be returned but on their video its a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back blah blah blah its a bunch of *** please do not buy this product. I would give this a -5 stars if I could
